Smart PTSL (Systematic Complete Land Registration) is an application for land registration that can be used to make a complete record of a parcel of land. This application is based on the Geography Information System (GIS) that is a Mobile GIS based application.
How to Use the Smart PTSL Application
1. Download the Smart PTSL application from Google Play and install it.
2. Open the application and follow the tutorial to register.
3. Register by entering the parcel number or property number and click on Next.
4. A pop-up menu will appear where you can choose the parcel type.
5. Next, you will be asked to enter the parcel location, and you can choose to use the current location or enter the address manually.
6. You can now start entering the details of the parcel, such as ownership, type, and ownership date.
7. Click on Next, and you will be asked to enter the legal description of the parcel.
8. You can now start entering the details of the parcel, such as type, size, and value.
9. Click on Next, and you will be asked to enter the details of the parcel's neighbors.
1. Click on Next, and you will be asked to enter the details of the next neighbor.
11. You can now start entering the details of the next neighbor, such as the name, address, and phone number.
